Article 39
Children's rights

(1) Every child shall have the right to name and birth registration along with his identity.
(2) Every child shall have the right to education, health, nurturing, proper care, sports, entertainment and all-round personality development from the family and the state.
(3) Every child shall have the right to early childhood development and child participation (4) No child shall be employed in factories, mines or other similar hazardous work.
(5) No child shall be subjected to child marriage, illegal trafficking and abduction or retention.
(6) No child shall be recruited or used in the army, police or armed groups or abused, neglected or physically, mentally, sexually or in any other way abused or improperly used in the name of cultural or religious practices.< br> (7) No child shall be subjected to physical, mental or any other form of torture at home, school or any other place and condition.
(8) Every child shall have the right to child-friendly justice (9) Children who are helpless, orphaned, disabled, victims of conflict, displaced and at risk will have the right to receive special protection and facilities from the state.
(10) Acts contrary to clauses (4), (5), (6) and (7) shall be punishable according to the law and the children who suffer from such acts shall have the right to receive compensation from the perpetrator according to the law.
